## Key Features

### **1. KPI Overview:**

At the top of the dashboard, you will find three key performance indicators (KPIs) that summarize your content activities for the month:

* **New Content This Month**: Displays the total number of new content items created this month (e.g., social media posts, blog posts, emails).
* **New Published This Month**: Shows the number of content items that have been successfully published.
* **Token Usage This Month**: Indicates the number of tokens used by the OpenAI API for content generation.

These metrics provide a quick snapshot of your content generation and publishing performance.

### **2. Content Creation Graph:**

Directly beneath the KPIs is a line graph displaying your content creation activity over the course of the current month. The graph provides a visual representation of how many content items have been created each day, helping you track peak productivity periods and overall content generation trends.

### **3. Content Table:**

This table provides a detailed view of your created content, including:

* **Content**: A brief description or title of the content piece.
* **Category**: The type of content (e.g., social media post, email).
* **Model**: The specific AI model used to generate the content (e.g., GPT-4-1106-preview).

You can also use the search bar to quickly find specific content or apply filters by category and model for a more focused view.

### **4. Pipelines:**

The **Pipelines** section shows a list of content items that are scheduled for publishing, along with their current status:

* **Content**: The title or description of the scheduled content (e.g., blog post, social media post).
* **Status**: Displays whether the content is pending review, completed, or scheduled for posting. This helps you keep track of where each item is in the publishing process.
* **Posting Date**: Indicates the scheduled posting date of the content. You can easily see upcoming scheduled posts and the ones that are overdue.

You can filter pipelines by **Category** or **Status** using the dropdown filters, and search for specific content via the search bar.

### Best Practices for Using the Home Screen

* **Monitor KPIs Regularly**: Keep an eye on your KPIs to ensure you are meeting your content creation and publishing goals. This will help you stay on track and make any necessary adjustments.
* **Leverage the Graph**: Use the content creation graph to identify trends in your productivity. If you notice a slowdown in content creation, consider adjusting your workflow or exploring new prompt strategies.
* **Keep Pipelines Organized**: Regularly check your pipelines to ensure that content is progressing through the stages of creation, review, and publishing smoothly. Make sure to review pending items so they don’t miss their scheduled posting dates.
* **Utilize Filters and Search**: The filters and search function in both the Content and Pipelines sections allow you to quickly find and organize content. This feature is particularly useful when managing large volumes of content
